COMM 308W

This feature story from my work is from COMM 308W. This is a story that we had to search for on our own and write a brand new one based on AP stylebook guidelines. We were given a story of a ship from the revolutionary era of the United States. We were to make a blog post about it in accordance with AP stylebook guidelines, this was a good introductory assignment to writing in multimedia.

This is a story that is self explanatory. We were told to find a dataset and develop a story based off of it. I personally enjoyed this one as it allowed me a bit more freedom when it came to data given over time on real life issues. The data set I showed was the decreasing trend in background checks for firearm purchases. (Click on the image below for more)
